You can find the Inline Comments Overview immediately underneath the Resolved Comments menu item in the additional options (•••) menu.
It will open up a window that looks like this:
It will show the page title, the headings, and the inline comments selected text on the page relative to the headings.
The inline comments are color coded as follows:

You can click on the checkbox at the top of the screen to hide all resolved comments.
Hovering over inline comment text will show a tooltip with the text of the inline comment.
Clicking on the inline comment text will take you directly to that inline comment.
