The inline comments overview gives you a bird's eye view of all inline comments and their location within a page.
In the Server/Data Center version, you can find the Inline Comments Overview immediately underneath the Resolved Comments menu item in the additional options (•••) menu.
In Cloud, you will find it in the app actions menu slightly below the other options.

If you click on the "See Page Overview" button, you will be taken to a view with a list condensed overview of all inline comments in the page:
