Overview

Currently all StreamlineSoft add-ons Marketplace Cloud Apps store no data whatsoever beyond anonymous access logs.  No information about any of your content is transferred to our servers; all computation happens within your browser.

StreamlineSoft uses Amazon S3 for AWS for hosting of our add-onsCloud Apps.

People and Access

StreamlineSoft's support team accesses S3 AWS data only for purposes of application health monitoring and performing system or application maintenance, and upon customer request for support purposes. Only authorized StreamlineSoft employees have access to server data.

StreamlineSoft Add-ons Cloud Apps do not currently require any authentication to our servers, since computation happens completely within your instance. Regardless, customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own Confluence and JIRA Cloud login information.
