StreamlineSoft Data Security and Privacy Statement

Overview

Most StreamlineSoft Marketplace Cloud Apps store no data whatsoever beyond anonymous access logs.  No information about any of your content is transferred to our servers; all computation happens within your browser.

Currently our apps store only access keys (which enable communication between our app and the Atlassian instance) in an encrypted database. No further information is saved, except temporarily within the app itself for caching purposes.

StreamlineSoft uses Amazon AWS for hosting our Cloud Apps.

People and Access

StreamlineSoft's support team accesses AWS data only for purposes of application health monitoring and performing system or application maintenance, and upon customer request for support purposes. Only authorized StreamlineSoft employees have access to server data.

The majority of StreamlineSoft Cloud Apps do not currently require any authentication to our servers, since computation happens completely within your instance.

Currently our apps store only access keys (one per Atlassian Confluence instance) in an encrypted database which is only available to the app and to as few employees as possible, and only to be used for support purposes.

In either case, customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own Confluence and JIRA Cloud login information.
