StreamlineSoft adheres to the following SLAs:

  • Support hours: 10:00-18:00 [Mo-Fr] CDT (UTC-5)
  • [Sa-Su] are holidays
  • Email response time within 24 hours

For Data Center customers:

  • Email response time within 4 hours
  • We will try to use some heuristics to determine Data Center customers by their e-mail address.
  • As this is not always foolproof, please identify yourself as a Data Center customer by including the words "Data Center" in the subject line of your e-mail.
